With over 6,000 parts in stock at all times, there's a good chance we have what you are looking for. If it's not in stock, we'll be happy to source your part and add it to our daily order.

Service Department
Our factory trained service team is constantly updating their knowledge on the latest technological advancements in the appliance industry.
When called to your home, they will arrive with a truck that is stocked with tools and parts that give them the best chance to complete your call that same day. If for some reason they do not have what you need with them, they'll make a call to the parts department.
In most cases the service team can book your call for the morning or afternoon so that you do not have to wait all day. Also the service person that is coming to your house will call you in advance to give you notice that they are on the way.
Delivery Service
We offer the option of delivery for your new appliance. Our in house delivery team is friendly, efficient and helpful. They always have the best interests of your home and your new purchase in mind. We also work closely with many of the local trades people including plumbers, gas fitters and electricians. If needed, our staff can help you arrange to have a trades person in to get things up and running.
Some Important Notes
- As part of your delivery fee, we will set in place, level and plug-in your refrigerator, range, freezer, microwave, washer or dryer (dryer vent not included). Cooktops, wall ovens and dishwashers will be left in the appropriate room with the packaging removed.
- If we are taking away any old appliances they must be disconnected and emptied before the delivery of the new unit.
- Please make sure to measure doorways, entrances and hallways to ensure your new product can be brought into your home.
- Our delivery personnel are not licensed to connect or disconnect gas, plumbing or electrical. If it is necessary, have this done by a professional before delivery, or ask us to arrange the procedure when you purchase your product.
