A Comparison of the ALL NEW JennAir Rise and Noir Ranges

 

JennAir has recently revamped their range lineup to include two premium lines with one manufacturer.  Both collections feature a more professional look and feel. The RISE collection shares a familiar feel to their previous professional line.  The NOIR collection brings a sleeker, more streamlined look to the kitchen.  Both collections are very attractive in their designs and give more options to homeowners to get the look that they desire.

Let’s take a look at what features make these two lines unique.

RISE COLLECTION

 

The RISE collection has some similarities to JennAir’s previous generation of ranges. However, the new RISE ranges bring us a more modern and luxurious feel with mixed metals and dramatic design details. 

The Professional handle design now stretches the entire width of the range.  The new grates have been redesigned as well. This was very impressive to see!  The new knobs now have a beautiful LED back-lit ring surrounded by a stunning brass bezel that softly glow while the burner or the oven is on.

NOIR COLLECTION

The NOIR collection is created with a sleek and more modern overall feel.  Unlike the beefier handle on the Rise Collection, the Noir collection has designed with a flat handle that runs the width of the range.  The black glass on the oven door has been extended the full width of the range door, to break away from the heaviness of stainless steel creating a more streamline appearance.  The stovetop grates are slightly lower profile compared to the Rise and run horizontally across the top. Its structured angles and mirrored accents create an edgy, minimalist appeal. 

One of my personal favorite features that has been introduced into both the RISE and NOIR Collection is the new oven racks.  Now they consist of 3 telescoping flat tine racks!  This makes it easier getting those heavier items in and out of the oven cavity and enhances heat transfer to your cookware.

NEW Feature

Both collections have been upgraded to feature modern-day conveniences like WiFi connectivity. Preheat, check your cooking status and personalize settings from your smartphone. The JennAir app also features hundreds of recipes, assisted cooking allowing you check doneness levels,  and curate recipe pre-sets for future meals.
