Our foundation is compatible with any mattress on the market today. It is important to note that federal flammability standards are based on a set of the same brand. The foundation’s dimensional specs are within industry standards allowing for use of conventional furniture and bed frames. It is worth noting that due to the weight of the foundation, we recommend use of a high quality frame with center support/slats/etc.
